Guidelines for Authors

Before You Submit

Your paper should only be submitted to this journal if it is original and has not been published elsewhere and is not under consideration with another journal. Acknowledgment of all sources used should be given in the text and the manuscript should be read carefully for clarity of English and presentation.

The communication with the journal will be handled by the corresponding author, using the online submission system. Authors should give a complete list of their names, affiliations, email addresses and ORCID, if applicable, in a separate file. Once the research is finished, shape the article around the research. The paper should be readable by a reader and convey to him/her the research problem, what was done, findings and their significance. The structure of a typical research article will be Introduction, Literature Survey, Methods/Framework/Modelling/Experimental Setup, Results/Findings, Discussion and Conclusion. Study Limitations, Future Research Directions and Implications must be discussed as well. Include the relevant Acknowledgement and declaration material, as well as Code information, Data Availability, Consent to Publish and References if applicable after the main text.

Keep It Focused

The typical length of a manuscript is 5000-8000 words, excluding the references. Be consistent with page numbering throughout. Select a title that is descriptive of the study. Do not use abbreviations that are not needed and, as a general rule, avoid titles that are longer than 20 words.

Provide a Useful Abstract for Readers

Write one paragraph (200-250 words). The abstract should include an overview of the study’s purpose and approach, central findings, implications, and what is novel about the study. Avoid using citations in the abstract. Technical words should only be used when they are required for an accurate summary.

Make Paper Easy to Find

Insert 4-5 relevant keywords below the abstract. JEL classification codes can be inserted as appropriate. A brief description of the contribution or originality of the study could also be included. Include a Highlights section in front of the Introduction. Be succinct; list or summarize key contribution, originality or significance of the research in brief statements or bullets.

Organize Tables or Figures in a Clear Manner

Tables and figures should be numbered separately and consecutively. Use Table 1, Table 2, Figure 1, Figure 2, for instance. The caption for a table should be above the table and the caption for a figure should be below the figure. Notes should be placed under the item they explain and may be indicated by an asterisk (*) as necessary. Avoid placing tables and figures without providing a context for them. In the main text, refer to each one and introduce them in a numerical order.

Employ a Simple and Consistent Format

Manuscript must be typed: Times New Roman, 12 point, 1.5-line space. Use the same formatting style as your headings and subheadings, and keep headings and subheadings in the same hierarchy. Use the full word or phrase when the word or phrase is first mentioned, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses. From there on use the abbreviation alone. Nomenclature should be included at the end of the manuscript if necessary.

Fulfill Journal's Ethics Requirements

Plagiarism must be avoided in submitted work and where ideas, text, data or other material are taken from external sources they must be acknowledged. When using humans or animals in the study, include ethics information. If an ethics committee or Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved the work, state the name of the committee and the number or ID of the approval. Ensured informed consent as necessary. If it does not adhere to the ethical standards of the journal, a manuscript may be rejected.

Be Clear About Interests, AI and Funding

Competing Interests: Disclose any financial or non-financial links that are likely to influence the interpretation of the work. If there are no competing interests, state this.

Usage of AI: Using ChatGPT or another Large Language Model (LLM) to enhance grammar or language or clarity should be acknowledged as AI-assisted writing. The authors are expected to check and approve the final text and are responsible for anything submitted. Relevant AI use that is not reported could be dealt with as a publication ethics concern and may result in rejection, correction or retraction.

Funding: Identify any grant, project or other source of finance. If the study is not funded, then the following statement may be used: “This research work was not funded.”

Acknowledge Support Appropriately

Insert acknowledgements right before the References. This is the right place to acknowledge technical support, non-authorship contributions or other forms of support given during the development or revision of the work.

Create References in APA

The journal follows APA format. Double check names, dates, titles and publication information and ensure that the reference list is consistent with the citations in the manuscript. The resources might include journal articles, books, book chapters, conference papers, reports, theses and dissertations, online information, newspaper and magazine articles, or other appropriate scholarly sources. Only personal communications are included in the text. Following are the few reference models.

Book: Jamil, A., & Bruce, S. (2026). Economics and inflation in developing countries. International Economics Review, 15(8), 88–102.

Book Chapter: Nelson, J. D. (2026). Cognitive development in early childhood. In Advances in modern education system, edited by S. N. Thompson. 50–92). Springer.

Government Report: Ministry of Health. (2026). Health statistics national 2026 (Report No. 28-2026).

Dissertation: Ahsan, W. (2026). Machine Learning for 3D Animation (Doctoral dissertation). ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global.

Personal Communication (citation only): (M. Smith, personal communication).

Appendix Material

Include appendices at the end of the manuscript and clearly label it with the word “Appendix”. Use a standard labelling system if it is more than one appendix.

One Last Check

Before clicking submit, check that the paper is within the expected word range; the abstract, keywords and highlights are present; author details are in a separate file; pages are numbered; every table and figure is cited; ethical approval and consent information is included where relevant; competing interests, funding and relevant AI use have been declared; and the references follow APA style. A manuscript missing essential information may be returned for correction before it enters peer review.
